The pay is really good, and the benefits are what keep most people there.
I appreciate the new time off structure:
- 40 hours paid time off
- 40 hours unpaid time off
- 40 hours vacation time
You have to build up to these numbers, of course, but it's really convenient.
The work is extremely hard, so be ready for that. Also, it is extremely difficult to move up in the company, so be prepared for the long haul if you go that route.
