Interesting projects.
- Not very supportive to someone who has little experience in the field.
- Not a real OJT; they basically threw me in the field and expected me to know what I was doing.
- Treated me more as an intern than an apprentice.
- Manager was not as helpful as they could have been.
Be supportive and connect with the program to get more understanding and organization on how the program should go.
