Too aggressive, always chasing deadlines, too professional, too difficult to survive, quick to fire. 14-hour workdays are normal. Very difficult to get promoted. No open source. Low exposure to outside tech. Less chances to grow technically in one domain. Needs a lot of mental strength.
Please relax a little bit and let developers develop.
