Good but tedious
Lots of learning and great engineering projects really are interesting.
They always want you to do more work, and you have to say no.
Company-specific infrastructure is too big, and you end up wasting time learning stuff that you never reuse.
If everyone wants WFH, then give them WFH. You only lose good employees by forcing everyone to come to the office 3 days a week.
