Four interviews in one day, all in one sitting and back to back. This was quite tiring and exhausting. It would be better if the interviews were spread out over two days, with two interviews each day.

The session started with a general introduction and questioning. They then dove deep into complex questions, breaking them down into simple steps. Following that, another medium-level question was posed. They then asked about my approach to this, and

Multiple rounds. At some point it feels repetitive. Very technical, with open-ended questions. Emphasis on leadership principles. Nothing overly complex, except for the total duration of the interviews. Multiple rounds spread over several days.
