- I wish there were any. Only one or two teams are good, while the rest are pathetic.
- Even after claiming such great technology, the org finds it very hard to get new engineers because of its bad reputation within Amazon.
- Awful management
- Pathetic work-life balance
- Whatever you do, how much ever you work, your efforts will never get appreciated unless you are a yes boss.
- No fixed vision.
- Start focusing on improving the work culture, or otherwise, you will always find it hard to hire engineers.
