Pros

No dress code (you can wear whatever you are comfortable with, unless it doesn’t distract others in the office).

Base pay (Amazon has the concept of base pay over CTC, unlike other companies. So, except for PF, there would not be many deductions).

Cons

BREAK TIME

If there is one thing that we, the people at the customer service team, want to change, it is this. We need to adhere to our 1-hour break.

We have just two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break. We need to change our aux to break/lunch, and the timers would be running.

For lunch, if it takes 10 minutes for us to reach the cafeteria, 10 more minutes to order food and stand in the queue to get it, we are hardly left with 10 minutes to eat. What can we eat in just 10 minutes?

And 10 more minutes to reach our zone. Unlock our systems, and then the timer shows 40 minutes.

Did I mention that we need to compensate every minute of an extended break in another?

We need to use these breaks only for personal time too. Hope you got it.
