Pros

Average compensation, workload "seems" normal.

Cons

Crazy competitive. Managers will set you up for failure once they realize they have to let go of 10% of the team randomly yearly due to company policy. Some even hire people to let them go in the next cycle so they can keep "their team".

Weird KPIs, like how many comments you comment on others' PRs, how many you receive, how many PRs you raise in a month, etc.

Might put you in "Focus" while secretly collecting whatever negative, and only negative, things they can find out about you so they can force you into an "improvement plan" or to leave with compensation, even though in reality you're doing your job perfectly and your peers' opinions about you are good.
