Sometimes the work can become too hectic, and over time, the same type of work will be assigned over and over again.
Should provide better growth opportunities to the SDEs and guide new SDEs for their betterment.

I applied through a recruiter. • 1 OA test - 1 DSA + 1 AI-assisted bug solving • Followed by 3 technical rounds + bar raiser • In every round there was a DSA question + behavioral questions on leadership principles

The experience was lengthy, but everything was on time and the recruiters were very knowledgeable. I just hoped the number of interview rounds was a bit less and quicker. Overall, it was a very good experience, though.
