From the perspective of increasing your skill-set, it is a good place to be for a duration of 2-3 years.
Work-life balance is non-existent. We are consistently encouraged by our manager to work late nights and weekends. There is rampant favoritism. The team culture is bad; peers sometimes refuse to help.
