Looks good on a resume, a paradise for workaholics who have nothing else to do in life apart from their job.
Most of the tasks are operational heavy, and testing is also done by devs. Super bad work-life balance; you have to work 55 hours/week every month. Constant releases, impossible deadlines, legacy workflows, and operational overload (on-call) will suck your life away.
