Good Tech, Bad Management
In essence, the company has good structure and values. If you are lucky to fall onto a good team working on a good project, you will learn a lot and use a lot of AWS and new technologies.
But if you fall under a bad manager, as I did, they will just target you for the next layoff cycle and not support you enough. Nobody actually cares about what you think. And it sometimes feels like a jungle; the strong eats the weak.
