Pros

It's really good to learn to keep up with the high pace and prioritize/organize one's own work. Yet, note, the environment is very demanding.

Cons

If you want to get a promotion, either join a position lower than your level or sit in one team for several years until everyone else leaves the team and you are the only one left there.

Moving between teams negatively affects your career path.

Amazon LPs are confusing. Although everyone speaks about them, promotion depends on the opinion of your peers and the manager – how well you can play politics with them. I've been continuously getting extremely positive feedback from customers and delivering results, but was not able to establish close relationships with my teammates (I am just another type of person). So, no hire, until I start applauding all their daily gymnastics!

Advice to Management

The management already knows what to do and it does it well to grow its own career and grow the wealth of Bezos. That's the only target.
