Good benefits and compensation. The Amazon culture is awesome. From the first moment, it makes you feel part of the team. The principles, tenets, and so on are very clear and presented in many ways. Activities are according to the role, and you can feel supported. Also, the offices are nice.
Offices in MEX16 are in a very problematic location due to traffic jams. Amazon is so big that sometimes it is difficult to find the right people to ask something.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. Good process, but there is no way to know the weak points of your interview to improve, which makes it something where you go in blind and trying again is complicated.
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
Virtual onsite, 3 LC rounds for new grad loop. Standard DS and A questions. No system design required. Able to code in any common language (for instance, Python and Java are okay).
