Good benefits and compensation. The Amazon culture is awesome. From the first moment, it makes you feel part of the team. The principles, tenets, and so on are very clear and presented in many ways. Activities are according to the role, and you can feel supported. Also, the offices are nice.
Offices in MEX16 are in a very problematic location due to traffic jams. Amazon is so big that sometimes it is difficult to find the right people to ask something.
