- They want employees to work like robots.
- Yearly 'Performance reviews' mean that the firing of one employee from the team is compulsory.
- 24/7 On-call rotation means you have to work for 24 hours for 7 days during your on-call cycle, day and night. This is for all technical employees: DevOps, SDE, System Engineer, etc. I am not sure how they think that it's possible for a human.
- Treat your employees like humans.
- Hire more employees to do on-call on a day-night shift basis; humans need to sleep and eat.
- Stop this yearly firing of employees.
