New technology, good customer base.
Stress, competitive, overworked, bad culture.
Too much politics
Started with an initial round of online coding problems. This was followed by a second round consisting of: * Behavioral questions asked by multiple interviewers. * In-person coding problems where you explain your code to someone.
I had two LC Hard questions with DP, solved one, and passed 3 test cases for the next one. The next part was the LP round where I had situational-based questions and a final behavioural test.
Amazon's interview process can be grueling. However, the good news is that it's fairly consistent. Because we know the structure of the interview beforehand, it makes it much easier to prepare and minimizes surprises.
