Pros

Great Learning.

Got to solve complex problems every day. You'll get hands-on experience on the latest technologies. It teaches you to take design decisions and the process of designing large-scale systems.

Cons

No work-life balance.

Tools used here are highly abstracted over underlying technology, and it becomes difficult to use open-source resources available in the industry.

People hungry for promotions work day and night, which impacts the lives of others who don't want to be in the rat race.

Advice to Management

Management should also focus on the "Quality" rather than the "Quantity" of work done by the employees.

Promotion cycles need to be improved.
