Teams are very independent, so it doesn't feel as much like a big company.
You'll always be pushed.
Company culture leans a bit too much towards overwork.
On-call can be really bad for some AWS teams.
Customer obsession is great, but the wellbeing of employees should be prioritized just as highly.
