Very poor work culture
Salary is pretty much on the higher side.
The work culture is toxic, which is even encouraged. The peers are not supportive at all. There is a language barrier as well. In Hyderabad, they have a hell lot of Telugu influence.
Take care of the employees, or the employees won't take care of you.
