You will learn a lot of stuff. Your manager will push you to improve. There are a lot of smart people around. It looks good on the CV. You will need to take care of the full development cycle. If you want to learn AWS, you won't have to pay out of your pocket. There are quite a lot of interesting projects, not like the usual programming job.
