There's lots to learn, but be prepared to work long hours under tight deadlines
You learn at an incredible pace, work with smart people, and the salary is good.
Most of the teams involve long hours and high-pressure situations on a daily basis. Apart from a good salary, there aren't really any other perks.
Deadlines are important, but so are your employees. Amazon is a good place to be, but your employees will be much happier with less pressure.
