- Pays well (relatively).
- You get to learn a lot (under stress).
- Lots of smart engineers (who don't care about you).
- You are on your own.
- High stress; no one is immune to that.
- They'll take all the time you give and ask for more results.
- High risk for burnout.
- They stack rank the engineers (with some exceptions).
- You are on your own.
Every time a burned-out employee leaves, forward their resignation email to Bezos (or current CEO) with this at the top.
