Good learning experience, but poor work-life balance and cut-throat culture
- Full of smart people
- Great technology, scale, and exposure
- Good pay packets
- Amazon brand
People nitpick too much, just for the sake of it.
There's a lot of competition and a lack of trust and bonding between team members. Everyone seems to be just competing.
Pay is good, but benefits do not compete with Google and MS.
There's low job security and sudden reshuffles.
- Try to foster a better culture by introducing team-bonding activities.
- Be strong and promote better work-life balance.
