Great pay, good work, bad bureaucracy
Pay was good. Work wasn't challenging, but it wasn't brain-dead easy either. Worked 9-5 and probably could have worked less.
I was located and forced to move to Arlington, Virginia, but most of my team was in Vancouver, and no one was in Arlington. I had no reason to be moved out there, but I had to anyway.
If you can't locate someone where their team is, for whatever reason, just let them work remotely.
