A very chill, pretty young guy interviewed me. He asked questions on leadership principles with follow-ups and a coding question with follow-ups. Timeline: oa link - 1/29 oa finish - 2/11 oa result - vo survey release 2/12 vo survey finish - 2/21

Not too bad, had an OA, and then two weeks later two back-to-back interviews, half behavioral, half technical. Very fast feedback from recruiters within five days. Overall, a great process.

The process involved an online assessment and a final round interview. The interview consisted of some quick behavioral questions, followed by a LeetCode-style question that was medium in difficulty.
