Very helpful team. State-of-the-art technologies. Decent compensation. Remote work possible.
Office was closed. Lots of solo work. Not a lot of collaboration.
I interviewed with Amazon this past year for the SDE intern role. The interview was pretty standard. I was asked a graph question similar to the popular tagged ones on LeetCode.
I had a HackerRank assessment, which included an LC medium question, a workplace simulation challenge, and a live coding/behavioral round. During the live coding/behavioral round, I was asked a coding question, followed by some behavioral questions.
It was my first interview. I was feeling tense, but the interviewer made me comfortable, which gave me positive vibes. It also gave me a good experience of how interviews work and how we should approach them. This was a new experience for me.
