Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs. You will get incredible feedback from your manager for many months in a row. And then be terminated out of the blue, with no warning whatsoever, and for no fault of your own.

Too many unethical things are being done to raise the revenue line. Mass firings. Personal data collection from customers with no regard for privacy. Monopolization and destroying small local businesses. Unethical advertising, making people buy things they don't need, and overtly pushing consumerism with no regard for the environment.

Employees are not rewarded for ethical considerations or the like. All that matters is the bottom line.
