Everyone on the team is always willing to help you understand not only technical stuff about Amazon, but work culture, principles, and more. You'll grow as a developer and much more.
The managers are really busy persons, so you need to be really proactive to ask for feedback. Also, some of the activities will not involve code, so if you come from a startup environment, maybe you'll feel kind of slow at work.

I got unlucky and got a bad interviewer. They wouldn't clarify any of my questions, and it was a very open-ended problem. They seemed disinterested the whole time, so it was already downhill from there.
