There's a lot of responsibility in your own hands. Personally, I find that amazing, but it can be very challenging.
Some days can feel very unproductive because of all the required procedures in such a huge company.
Improve the guidance on what tools to use when onboarding. There are so many different websites and tools; it quickly becomes confusing and overwhelming.

I got unlucky and got a bad interviewer. They wouldn't clarify any of my questions, and it was a very open-ended problem. They seemed disinterested the whole time, so it was already downhill from there.
