The interview is well-structured.
The evaluation period is quite long.
Started with a 30-minute behavioral interview, then a 30-minute technical interview. Surprisingly, the technical interview was not a coding question. It was more of a system design problem, where I had to whiteboard the design of a circuit. Overall
45 min technical round. Regular LP behaviorals & 1 technical question. Most of it was just answering basic behaviorals and relating them to the LP, and also a single Coderpad technical.
It was tiresome, but they were very fast when getting back to you. They were very friendly and offered a relatively fair and standard interview across the board, despite the different skills on the resumes.
