Amazon is a very large company, so it can be a little overwhelming at the start.
It has a steep learning curve.
Experience totally depends on your manager.
My internship was virtual, but I would have preferred it to be in person. Please make that happen soon, as nothing can match the experience of connecting with people face-to-face and working with them to solve customer problems.
Also, getting to work at Amazon corporate offices would be great.
I got unlucky and got a bad interviewer. They wouldn't clarify any of my questions, and it was a very open-ended problem. They seemed disinterested the whole time, so it was already downhill from there.
Overall experience was great, but I don't think I learned a lot from this internship. Okay project. Fun team. Seattle was nice. Pretty high salary for an internship. I don't know how to make this 30 words.
I took an online assessment consisting of two questions. Then, I had a 45-minute online interview with behavioral and technical questions. There were follow-ups to the behavioral questions, but they were pretty easy.
