Great people working there so you can learn a lot. Company culture is a bit strange, and management can be hit or miss.
A lot of movement in the teams. I feel like Amazon is not doing enough to keep their senior talent.

I got unlucky and got a bad interviewer. They wouldn't clarify any of my questions, and it was a very open-ended problem. They seemed disinterested the whole time, so it was already downhill from there.
