Very well-structured internship program (including a mentor and a supervisor, with weekly meetings). Very good and smooth onboarding. Projects with instant responsibility. Great team and a lot to learn!
The pressure may be higher than at other companies.

I got unlucky and got a bad interviewer. They wouldn't clarify any of my questions, and it was a very open-ended problem. They seemed disinterested the whole time, so it was already downhill from there.
