I learned a lot. My team always supported me and was ready to give me help/guidance whenever necessary. You're constantly surrounded by some of the best in this field. I really enjoy the company culture.
You have to be a lot more mindful of security than you would have to be at a smaller company.

I got unlucky and got a bad interviewer. They wouldn't clarify any of my questions, and it was a very open-ended problem. They seemed disinterested the whole time, so it was already downhill from there.
