The interview was 45 minutes long. The beginning was behavioral, with questions like "Tell me about yourself." I was asked to have stories for every leadership principle. I received a question: "Tell me about a time you showed customer obsession."

The process was fair. I was asked a system design question, and we spent a lot of time discussing how it could be optimized. Most of my time was spent explaining why I was making certain choices.
