Had a great experience with a great team
Loved my team. Very social. Hybrid work with some coming in very often. Lots of meals comped and free coffee bar downstairs.
I definitely got a big project assignment, and I had to cram at the end. I still liked it a lot, and everyone was impressed I finished it, which was good.
Also, my manager switched mid-way through and took some time off, so they weren't super involved in my work. However, upper management and parallel managers made sure that I had all the resources I needed.
Just keeping the turnover rate down would be great and being more transparent, but I understand at big companies like this that just can't always be the case.
