A good place to learn skills and start a career
Great place to learn, with lots of exciting feature work on new products. Good pay out of college. Lots of transferable skills.
January layoffs. Culture is very team dependent.
I would myself not like to return until there is more job security.
There always have been stories of forced URA, and working while feeling you have a target on your back is not good for teamwork and productivity.
However, my team seemed at least before layoffs as immune to this, and was already quite lean.
