Work-life balance in Madrid is good.
Too much bureaucracy and meetings.
Got a LeetCode medium and hard problem, with around one hour to solve both. Day-in-the-life behavioral questions followed, which were basically questions to test how you would react to different situations if you were working at the company.
3 rounds of interview for new grad SDE: * 1st round is behavior * 2nd round LLD * 3rd LeetCode style question Got postponed for 2 weeks and then 3 months. I was waitlisted only to know the headcount was full.
The interview process included 4 technical questions and behavioral questions. Some candidates had one phone interview, but I had one online test and three back-to-back phone interviews. By the way, I am a student.
