Terrible communication from upper management on layoffs, return to office plans, etc.
With the stock price declining so harshly, my pay is decreasing year over year since I started. Other benefits are lackluster.
Work-life harmony is extremely team-dependent.
The company is large enough that working on cross-team projects comes with a ton of bureaucracy.
Amazon used to plan for the long term and take risks. Now it feels like all the C-level decisions are flailing, short-sighted gambits to prop up the stock price.
