The explanation of the tools used at Amazon could be better. Often times I had to figure out a lot by myself, and considering my technical skill, I needed guidance.

Searching for technical information through Amazon's sage and internal search, and debugging errors was a real pain sometimes. Nevertheless, I had to dive deep and stay persistent.
