Bureaucracy gets in your way to delivery work. There's no concept of work-life balance. Projects and teams get shuffled, which can be hard to navigate. "Ownership" can be used to hide management incompetence. The best advice is to find a supportive manager who can vouch for you and fight for your work.

There were 3 rounds: 2 LP + DSA, one LP + LLD. I would say, even if an interview goes well, an offer is not guaranteed. LP feels like it goes well, but then you may still get rejected. Honestly, it is not difficult.
