Some teams operate as if they’re a different company than your team. This hasn’t always been the case, but more recently, leadership hasn’t given the best guidance, with pressure to be profitable (this only applies to unprofitable orgs).
Encourage better knowledge exchange and cooperation between different teams in different organizations.

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
There were 3 rounds: 2 LP + DSA, one LP + LLD. I would say, even if an interview goes well, an offer is not guaranteed. LP feels like it goes well, but then you may still get rejected. Honestly, it is not difficult.
