Healthy, focused, productive
Very healthy work culture. I haven't seen any posturing or hierarchy issues. No one I've met has tried to put themselves above others for personal gain. Everyone is diligently focused on making amazing products for customers and collaborating with their team.
Values and virtues are clearly stated and kept front and center so they are not abused or ignored. This is unusual in my experience and shocking for a company of this size.
Dev tools are bloated. Not sure how they compare to other companies, but they certainly have a lot of overhead in my experience and can slow down simple goals.

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
There were 3 rounds: 2 LP + DSA, one LP + LLD. I would say, even if an interview goes well, an offer is not guaranteed. LP feels like it goes well, but then you may still get rejected. Honestly, it is not difficult.
