Good place for career growth
- The current team has been very welcoming and supportive (I am relatively new).
- Being proactive and taking ownership is rewarded.
- The path for promotion seems clear.
- Projects you take on always seem to have clear and significant value.
My old team members were not the most friendly. I debated taking the return offer, but I'm currently happy with that decision. Culture doesn't seem to put much (or any) emphasis on personality fit. I felt like there was a low bar in this regard compared to other companies I interviewed with.
