Compensation is great out of college.
Team is very welcoming (varies, I'd imagine, from team to team).
Manager is always working to make sure I'm doing well.
A lot of onboarding videos (several weeks worth of straight HR videos) and not enough of team-specific onboarding docs.
Diversity could be better; not enough women working on the project.
