Compensation is great out of college.
Team is very welcoming (varies, I'd imagine, from team to team).
Manager is always working to make sure I'm doing well.
A lot of onboarding videos (several weeks worth of straight HR videos) and not enough of team-specific onboarding docs.
Diversity could be better; not enough women working on the project.

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
CV screening, followed by an online assessment. Part 1: Two coding questions (LeetCode-type questions oriented to Amazon use cases). Part 2: Workstyle questions and real-situation scenarios. Each part takes approximately 3 hours to complete.

It was nice. The interviewer was very helpful and friendly while also being very technical. The interviewer asked me many questions, and I was able to answer most of them correctly. However, I still don't know why I wasn't selected for an interview.
