Work-life balance is pretty good.
No cons up till now.
The OA, which was a 1-hour coding assessment followed by a 1-hour work hour assessment, then led to a virtual onsite consisting of 3 rounds. I had to schedule my virtual onsite 2-3 months after finishing the OA.
The interview had two coding questions. The first was a rotated binary search, and the second was to check if an input string was made up of an array of substrings. The questions were easy and straightforward. Nothing was asked related to my projects
Very bad. I asked easy questions, and all went well, but they still didn't take me. My friends got a random shortlist who didn't even do well in tests. Very painful and disappointed.
