It can be overwhelming with a steep learning curve due to the sheer number of metrics, runbooks, tasks, etc. It can be difficult to keep up and requires self-motivation. It can be difficult getting replies from colleagues, especially those higher up, due to the busy schedules everyone has.

One-hour interview where they asked me easy to medium LeetCode questions. They also asked behavioral questions related to my resume. The interview seemed fine and it was extended beyond an hour due to technical difficulties.
