- Depending on your team, you could have an amazing or terrible experience.
- Leadership principles are great, but sometimes people use them to be jerks, especially to newer hires.
- Vacation days are not too competitive.
Let your employees continue to remote work after the pandemic if they want to. I think we all realize now how productive we all are, even at home.
