Pretty good work/life balance, great salary, good manager, good coworkers. I lucked out, but it's a big company - you certainly can too. Don't believe everything you hear.
Constant pressure, low recognition for work, not the best culture, and stack ranking where the bottom 5% gets fired every year.
Don't fire the bottom 5% every year. This makes it so that coworkers don't share information with each other, stunting growth and creativity/innovation because folks are so afraid of getting fired.
Allow for promotion earlier. It should be based on skill set, not amount of time.
Hire more women.
I couldn't reach the interview because I was not able to clear the assessment. In the first question, they asked me a tough question on prefix sum, and the second question was also pretty tough. Even the behavioral round was very lengthy. They asked
